Arauco Door Core is manufactured with select wood fibers bonded with a proprietary resin formulation developed and produced in-house.

Manufactured at our state-of-the-art facilities across North America, Arauco Door Core’s smooth, dense and non-porous surface makes it ideal for laminating and machining. It cuts easily and cleanly without chipping, optimizing production time and minimizing waste.

Lightweight and designed to meet all ANSI standards, Arauco Door Core features an appealing light colour and a consistent core. Arauco Door Core is available in LD1 and LD2 grades and can be ordered in the industry’s widest selection of sizes and thicknesses.
